Who I am

What I collect and why
- Enquiry form: your name, phone number, email address and message. I use them to reply to you and to scope any work. The form is processed through Make.com, which passes it to me by email.
- Booking a call: if you use the Calendly link, Calendly collects the details you enter under its own privacy notice.
- Calls, WhatsApp and email: whatever you choose to send me.
- Website analytics: if you accept, Google Analytics 4 records anonymised usage such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location, using cookies. If you decline, analytics cookies are not set.
- Hosting logs: Netlify, which hosts this site, keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser) for security and reliability.
Legal basis
Replying to your enquiry and preparing a quote is done under legitimate interests and to take steps at your request before a contract. Analytics cookies are used only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Who else sees your data
Only the services needed to run the site and answer you: Netlify (hosting), Make.com (form processing), Google (analytics, if you accept), Calendly (bookings) and my email provider. Some of these are outside the UK and rely on recognised transfer safeguards. I do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long I keep it
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and for a reasonable period afterwards. Ask me to delete them at any time.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct, delete or restrict the data I hold about you, object to how I use it, and ask for a copy. Email me and I will respond within one month. If you are unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top will change with it.
